The forum is held in Millennium Hotel from 11-12 May 2008. The opening ceremony will be addressed by Dr. Ali Bin Smaikh al-Merry, NHRC secretary General and Dr. Kamal al-Munofi, Chairman of the Democracy and Human Rights Programme at the University of Cairo.
